Terms of service

These terms govern access to HiDub websites, applications, translation services, voice generation, subscriptions, credits, and downloads.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized use.

2. Credits and subscriptions

New accounts receive 50 one-time welcome credits. Generation requires a positive balance. At zero credits, existing projects remain viewable but translation and audio generation are disabled. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period; one-time top-up credits remain available while the account is active. Fees are shown before checkout and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Your content

You retain rights in source files and eligible outputs. You grant HiDub and its service providers a limited right to process content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for any content and voice use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use HiDub for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized biometric or voice cloning, infringement, malware, or attempts to bypass credit, security, or rate controls. We may suspend activity that creates material risk.

5. AI output

Translation and generated speech may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, pronunciation, timing, and suitability before publication or high-impact use.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility depends on local law and the payment status of the affected order. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified service failure.

7. Availability

We work to keep HiDub reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, providers, voices, and language coverage may change as upstream services evolve.
